Paul brings over 30 years of leadership, consulting, and coaching experience across Asia-Pacific. His work integrates executive and team coaching, leadership development, and organisational transformation, helping individuals and teams lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

My coaching and facilitation style blends reflection and challenge, encouraging leaders to explore the “why” behind their patterns and connect this insight to meaningful action.
My work often sits at the intersection of individual growth and collective effectiveness — supporting leaders to bring out the best in themselves and in their teams.

My Experience

I have spent more than three decades in leadership and consulting roles across both public and private sectors. Before founding my own practice, I led the Centre for Leadership Development at Singapore’s Civil Service College, where I introduced coaching into the public service and redesigned milestone leadership programmes for multiple leadership levels.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles with Hay Group, Aon Consulting, and Buck Consultants, as well as corporate positions with PepsiCo, American Express, Exxon, and Singapore Airlines — spanning HR, organisational development, and operations.
I currently collaborate as an associate with a select group of local and international consultancies and serve as faculty at the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).
