Personal Mastery is a journey of self-discovery and growth for leaders who want to strengthen their impact from the inside out.
Through a combination of individual coachingLive 360 feedback, and guided reflection, leaders gain a deeper understanding of how they show up — their strengths, patterns, and blind spots — and how these influence those around them.

Our work helps leaders connect their inner clarity with outer effectiveness.
It invites courageous self-inquiry and builds the capacity to lead with presence, empathy, and intentionality — especially in moments of pressure or transition.

Each journey is tailored to the individual’s context and aspirations, integrating psychological insight with practical tools for sustained behaviour change.
We help leaders translate awareness into purposeful action — turning personal insight into professional transformation.


A Typical Coaching Journey

Our coaching engagements follow a structured yet flexible process designed to ensure clarity, trust, and measurable impact.

1. Chemistry Call
An initial conversation to explore fit — assessing whether coach and client feel aligned, and ensuring a shared understanding of the client’s challenges and expectations.

2. Contracting Call
A joint meeting with the coacheesponsor (typically the line manager or HR), and coach to define objectives, clarify confidentiality boundaries, and identify what must change — and why.

3. Coaching Sessions
Typically 1 hour per month over 6 months (adaptable to needs). Sessions create space for reflection, experimentation, and focused action on key leadership themes.

4. In-Between Session Support
Ongoing access to the coach when needed — to reflect on specific situations, prepare conversations, or sustain momentum between sessions.

5. Final Review Session
A concluding conversation with the coacheesponsor, and coach to review progress, measure outcomes, and plan for continued growth beyond the formal journey.

Most clients begin with a six-month journey, which they may renew depending on progress and evolving goals.

Team Acceleration

Performance grows through connection.

Team Acceleration is designed for leadership teams who want to enhance both their relationships and their results.
We help teams move beyond transactional coordination to build genuine collaboration, trust, and shared ownership.

Our work combines team coachingsystemic inquiry, and real-time observation to make visible what often remains unsaid — patterns of communication, unspoken tensions, or unbalanced dynamics.
By bringing these to light in a safe and constructive way, we enable teams to find new clarity and alignment around what truly matters.

We focus on both the what and the how: achieving business objectives while strengthening the team’s collective capacity to learn, adapt, and grow.
Each engagement is fully customised, drawing on systemic team coaching, Gestalt principles, and relational intelligence frameworks to support sustainable change.

When a team understands itself — how it functions, connects, and influences its wider system — it becomes capable of higher performance, deeper trust, and a renewed sense of shared purpose.


Example of a Team Journey

Every team has a story to tell — and a future to design together.

Each team journey we design is unique, but the process often follows a similar rhythm: one that balances reflection and action, relationships and results.

1. Listening first
We begin with an interview with the team leader to understand the objectives, context, and hopes for the team.
We then meet each team member individually to learn about their experiences, expectations, and appetite for the journey ahead.
When relevant, we also speak with key stakeholders — senior leaders, customers, or partners — to understand how they perceive the team and what they need from it.

2. Co-creating the path
Together with the team, we clarify what success looks like and co-design the journey — agreeing on both the what(objectives) and the how (ways of working).
This creates shared ownership and sets the foundation for trust and alignment.

3. Working and learning together
We then accompany the team through a series of conversations, workshops, and real-time observations, both online and face-to-face.
We help them explore the dynamics that shape collaboration, strengthen relationships, and turn insight into action.
In parallel, we may provide individual coaching for team members to help each leader contribute more consciously to the collective.

4. Measuring progress
After 12 to 18 months, we revisit key stakeholders through interviews or surveys to assess progress and impact — not only in performance but in trust, alignment, and collective energy.

Each journey is a partnership — an unfolding dialogue between where the team is today and who it wants to become.

Leadership Series

Leadership is learned in conversation.

The Leadership Series is designed for organisations seeking to develop leadership capacity across levels, functions, or geographies — in a way that is experiential, reflective, and connected to real business challenges.

We bring groups of leaders together in a series of custom-designed learning experiences that combine theory, dialogue, and practice.
Participants explore the mindsets and behaviours that enable modern leadership: self-awareness, adaptability, influence, and the ability to create trust and engagement across boundaries.

Each series integrates facilitated learningpeer coaching, and on-the-job experimentation, ensuring that insights translate into visible shifts in behaviour and performance.
Themes may include leading in complexity, managing transitions, building trust, or fostering collaboration across cultures.
