My Journey

Early in my career, I discovered that leadership is not just about skills or strategy. It’s about how we relate, how we hold tension, and how we create space for others to emerge.
Over the years, whether in a Fortune 500 or a fast-growing startup, I’ve seen that transformation happens in conversation— and that lasting change occurs when insight intersects with real relational work. That’s why I founded Time2Shine. Because I want to partner with people and teams who are ready for more than “business as usual” — who want depth, courage, and authentic shift.

What I Do

I support executives through coaching, helping them deepen self-awareness, move through transitions, and lead with greater integrity and presence. And I accompany leadership teams so they can unlock the collective intelligence, coherence, and psychological safety needed to perform in complexity.
Together, we tackle both the inner terrain (mindsets, patterns, identity) and the relational system (dynamics, communication, trust) — because one cannot sustainably shift without the other.

Experience & Credentials

With a background in business leadership (Griffith Laboratories, Coca-Cola Enterprise, DHL Express) and senior roles in consulting (Hudson, Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles), I bring deep business understanding and human systems insight.
I serve as a Tutor at INSEAD, and co-founded Activa Stars — a boutique accelerator for high-potential ventures.
I hold a Master’s in Individual & Organisational Psychology from INSEAD, am PCC-certified (ICF), and a Senior Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching (GTCI). I am also accredited in psychometric tools such as MBTI and Hogan, and hold advanced certifications in Business Strategy and Financial Performance (INSEAD) and Strategy and Macro-Economics (Harvard Business School).

I speak English and French fluently.
