Ingela combines a scientific curiosity with a lifelong passion for understanding the mind and human relationships.
With over a decade of experience as an executive and organisational coach, she works with leaders and teams across the Americas — helping them connect insight, emotion, and action in the pursuit of meaningful transformation.

My Approach & LENS

I believe growth begins with awareness — of self, others, and the systems we are part of.
My coaching invites curiosity, humour, and reflection, creating a safe space where leaders can think differently, explore complexity, and reconnect with what truly matters.
I integrate perspectives from psychoanalysis, neuroscience, and systemic theory to support leaders and teams in navigating uncertainty, enhancing communication, and fostering emotional resilience.

My Experience

For more than 15 years, I have accompanied executives and teams in organisations such as Ford, Unilever, Abbott, Google, Amazon, BBVA, and Televisa, as well as public institutions across Latin America, the United States, and Canada.
Since 2020, I have been part of the faculty for the Systemic Team Coaching Training Programme with WBCES, training and supervising coaches across the Americas.
Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I taught at the Eleia Centre for Psychological Studies in Mexico for seven years, leading undergraduate and master’s courses in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

I began my career as a Chemical Engineer, later completing a Master’s in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and now pursuing a Doctorate in Contemporary Psychoanalysis with a specialisation in Neuro-psychoanalysis.
